In every ROCKTheory Clara program, you will learn classical Pilates mat exercises and explore ROCKTheory’s blueprint for teaching. Our signature Blueprint for teaching incorporates the exercises, leveled orders, and an easy, joyful and effective communication system. Practical application and games will be utilized to support you in this process.
